FJD PaintMaster Mini + Free Delivery
Every line on a field is a small promise that the game will be played fairly, and keeping that promise has usually meant string, wheeled markers and a crew walking behind them in the sun. The FJD PaintMaster Mini takes a different route: a compact autonomous line marker that follows RTK positioning, carries its own paint and stops by itself when something gets in the way.
The product is available through this page, by quotation.
Background
FJDynamics and the PaintMaster family
FJDynamics builds autonomous machines for outdoor work. The range on this store runs from robotic lawn mowers and electric greens mowers to a digital platform for golf courses and the line markers of the PaintMaster family. Across these products the same ideas come back: satellite positioning, mapping done once and reused, and software that lets one person look after several machines.
The sources name three versions of the line: the FJD PaintMaster Mini (RLM02), the FJD PaintMaster Pro and the FJD PaintMaster Ultra. This page describes the Mini only. A sibling product, the FJD PaintMaster Parking, covers parking lot line marking, which is a different job from marking a sports field. Both sit among the Commercial Robots of the FJD range.
Positioning and management of the Mini
The FJD PaintMaster Mini uses industrial-grade RTK positioning. It can work with local base stations, and it supports NTRIP mode provided by the FJD N10 CORS System. In practice that means a team can choose between its own base station and a correction service, depending on how the site is set up.
The machine is designed to work with N10 CORS, V4e, GreenMaster and the FJD PaintMaster Simulator. FJD GreenMaster is the fleet and map management software: it offers remote device tracking, map planning and task dispatching for robotic mowers and line markers in one place. A grounds team that already runs FJD mowers can therefore plan marking jobs in the same environment where it plans its mowing.

What makes the FJD PaintMaster Mini different from a manual line marker?
A manual marker depends on the person pushing it. Line quality changes with fatigue, with wind and with how well the string was pulled that morning. The PaintMaster Mini replaces the string with a mapped route and RTK positioning, so the machine follows the plan and the operator supervises instead of steering.
The machine also looks ahead. It detects obstacles such as balls, cones or tools before contact and stops automatically. On a field that is never perfectly clear, this matters: a forgotten training cone becomes a pause instead of a collision.
Then there is the paint side. The 8L paint container is paired with a line width range of 5-12 cm and a nozzle height of 3-8 cm, so the line can be adjusted to the surface and the marking. The standard configuration includes the main unit, battery, charger and paint bucket. A tablet, a base station, a handheld point marker and an independent anti-theft module are optional, so a buyer should choose which of them the site needs when requesting a quotation.
How does the Mini handle battery, weather and security?
The standard battery capacity is 190 Wh, made up of two 95 Wh packs, and the battery performance is 2h. Charging takes 2h with dual chargers. A crew that plans its marking in blocks of about two hours can keep the machine working with a charging cycle between sessions.
The working temperature runs from 5 to 45 ℃, and the IP rating is IPX5. Paint and water are part of the job, and a machine that is cleaned after use needs a rating that expects it.
Security is handled by an independent module with offline GPS anti-theft protection. It provides real-time GPS tracking and protects the robot for up to 1 month even when it is completely powered off. This module is listed as optional in the standard configuration, so name it in your request if the machine will be left on a site between jobs.
Who is the FJD PaintMaster Mini for?
The Mini suits grounds teams at schools, clubs and municipalities that repaint the same pitches many times a season. It also suits contractors who mark fields for several clients and want repeatable lines without a large crew. Facility managers with courts, tracks and open areas can use it too, since the work is the same: lay down a clean line where a plan says it belongs.
At 21.85 kg without paint, with dimensions of 656×655×453 mm, the machine is compact enough to be moved between sites by a small team. Teams that already use FJD GreenMaster for mowers have a further reason to look at it, because the same software manages both.
The sources name the PaintMaster Pro and the PaintMaster Ultra as other versions, and the figures above belong to the Mini alone. Buyers whose main work is parking lots should look at the FJD PaintMaster Parking instead. Those who are building a wider fleet may also browse the Industrial Robots category.
What is the FJD PaintMaster Mini used for?
- Sports field marking. Touchlines, boundaries and training layouts painted along a planned route.
- Repeat repainting. The same mapped layout used again each time lines fade.
- Facility and campus marking. Courts, play areas and open spaces where a plan has to be put on the ground.
- Contract marking work. One operator preparing lines for several clients with the same machine.
- Coordinated grounds care. Marking tasks planned and dispatched in FJD GreenMaster alongside mowing.
- Layout training and rehearsal. Operators practicing routes with the FJD PaintMaster Simulator before working on a real field.

Summary
A painted line is only a promise until something keeps it every time. The FJD PaintMaster Mini does that with RTK positioning, an 8L paint container, adjustable line width and nozzle height, and a stop-before-contact response to obstacles. It also comes with the GreenMaster software that plans the work. For a grounds team that wants straight, repeatable lines without string and long walks, this page is the starting point.
